Heidi Klum to receive her third Bambi Award in 2025
Heidi Klum (52) will be honored with another Bambi Award at this year’s ceremony on November 13th, as announced by the organizers on Friday. She will receive the media award in the Entertainment category. The award recognizes her commitment to diversity in Germany’s Next Topmodel as well as her career as a model, host, and entrepreneur.
‘Heidi Klum shows that success and humanity are not mutually exclusive. With her energy, humor, and openness, she has long since become a role model for generations who want to follow their own path,’ according to a statement from Hubert Burda Media. Klum represents an extraordinary career that extends far beyond the boundaries of the fashion and entertainment industry, and makes a lasting contribution to promoting social diversity.
In the 333 episodes of Germany’s Next Topmodel featuring 542 contestants to date, Klum has consistently worked to break down beauty ideals and spotlight people of different backgrounds, age groups, body types, and genders.
Third Bambi Award for Heidi Klum
For Heidi Klum, this is already her third golden deer trophy, and her first in the Entertainment category. She previously received the award in 2003 and 2015 in the Fashion category.
‘We are celebrating Heidi Klum for what she has consistently demonstrated on set and in interviews over the years: discipline meets carefree cheerfulness, professionalism meets warmhearted respect and refreshing openness,’ said Sophie Grützner, Editor-in-Chief of Instyle magazine and member of the Bambi jury.
Since her modeling debut in 1992, Klum has built an international career and is also involved in social projects, including UNICEF, the Elton John AIDS Foundation, and amfAR.
The Bambi Awards ceremony, which was established in 1948, will take place on November 13th at Bavaria Studios in Munich. The livestream will be shown on Prime Video.
