“Let’s get to work b—h 🤪,” Klum declared in her update.
In the video, the former America’s Got Talent judge donned a yellow two-piece swimsuit that showed off her toned physique and a pair of sunglasses, her hair down in beachy waves. Klum stood on a wooden deck next to what looked like an infinity pool with a body of water in the background, as she did a banded arm workout. Fittingly, the supermodel featured Britney Spears‘ 2013 song “Work B—h” in the clip.
In the comments, Klum’s followers flooded her with praise and a little envy. One Instagram user exclaimed, “Yes! Strength training is the way! You look amazing, of course!”
Another wrote, “Heidi, you look simply stunning❤️😍.”
Someone else quipped, “Top Body Heidi 💪😉🔝❤️.”
A different Instagram user pointed out, “That glooow🔥🔥🔥.”
Meanwhile, yet another fan commented, “Heidi, a crazy boody….. And that at over 50…. An incredibly beautiful woman…. 💘.”
In November 2024, Klum discussed her exercise routine and how she manages to stay fit in her 50s.
“Sport en chambre is my favorite exercise—it sounds better in French,” she told The Times of her husband, Tom Kaulitz, 36. “I have a younger husband. I also run around a lot, having four kids. I don’t have an assistant, so I don’t have people pack for me or carry my things, I do everything myself.”
She added, “I eat right, I never exercise too much or do heavy weights. People can push themselves too hard. I listen to my body. I have no back or knee pain and I have my husband … My husband is my match.”
