After getting global sports superstars to promote its products, Needham-based SharkNinja Inc. has signed a world-famous top model to its lineup of ambassadors.
Heidi Klum, who became famous as a Sports Illustrated cover star in 1998 and later transitioned to a TV career, will promote SharkNinja’s products in Europe, particularly in her native Germany.
SharkNinja (NYSE: SN) announced Klum’s appointment on Monday, just over a month after Tom Brady joined as “global brand ambassador” for the kitchen and home appliance producer.
Klum will be promoting products across all SharkNinja brands including Shark Beauty, according to Brandon Hart, a spokesperson for SharkNinja. He didn’t share the partnership’s financial details.
“Heidi will work with SharkNinja to select the products she wants to feature, based on her interests and SharkNinja’s 2026 priorities,” Hart wrote in an email Monday.
Brady and comedian Kevin Hart are ambassadors for SharkNinja overall as well, while British soccer start David Beckham focuses on the Ninja’s brand — including blenders, food preparation and cooking appliances — since 2024.
Household appliance producer SharkNinja said it began driving further expansion across Europe in 2020, particularly in Germany and France. Last year, international revenue accounted for 31% of total revenue, or $1.73 billion; SharkNinja had $5.53 billion in total sales in 2024.
SharkNinja started trading on the New York Stock Exchange as an independent company in 2023, after spinning off from its Hong Kong-based parent.
Mark Barrocas, CEO of SharkNinja, said in a statement that “Heidi has a unique ability to elevate everyday moments with style and authenticity – while staying relatable and fun – making her the perfect partner to showcase how our performance-driven products make life easier for people constantly on the go.”
