Heidi Klum is raising some hairs with her latest update.
The model is an open book about her body hair, and she extended her candor to her Instagram followers when she uploaded a surprising video of her single “boob hair.”
In the short clip posted on Oct. 14, the Project Runway host, 52, filmed herself playing with the rogue strand growing from her breast, even grasping at it to fully show off its length.

“Do you have boob hair,” Klum captioned the post, which also included an appropriate video of her sporting a cleavage-baring outfit.
It was back in February when the mom of four pointed out her chest grays in an interview with Real Simple, revealing that the lone lock is as long as her “pinky finger” and sprouted up suddenly.
Her chin hairs, she admitted, are another story. It “is hard” and will “[hang] on for dear life,” she explained.
Grays, no matter where they are on her body, are something Klum embraces, along with whatever else comes her way as she ages. ”Don’t we all want to get old? I know we always say that, but it’s the truth. I’m already looking at 60 and 70, hopefully 80 and 90. And if we’re still kicking it then, let’s celebrate,” she told PEOPLE in her July 2025 cover story.
Confidence is another rule she lives by. “I have no problem walking around in my underwear. I’m not hiding in a corner,” the former America’s Talent judge said.

That means, even in her 50s, she’s leaned into leaving little to the imagination with her fashion. Not too long ago, she went bra-free in a lace dress at the Vetements Spring/Summer 2026 show during Paris Fashion Week. “For me to be older, it doesn’t matter. I don’t have this age-shaming or body-shaming thing. I feel like everyone should do what they want to do. I like to run around sexy — even now at 52,” she told PEOPLE about her take on beauty.
Still, she’s not afraid to go the opposite end of the spectrum with her style, and fans will get to see that this upcoming Halloween, Klum’s favorite time of the year. Hint: Her costume’s about to get “extra ugly” and “super scary.”
